The registration form takes approximately 60 seconds to complete. You provide your name, email address, and phone number. That is all that is required at this stage. Your broker handles everything else when they call you within 24 hours.
Registration is completely free. There is no charge to create your account, speak with your broker, or explore the platform. You only make a deposit when you have spoken with your broker, understand all the details, and feel fully comfortable proceeding.

MapleWealth was designed specifically for Canadians approaching or in retirement. Our most active age group is 58–72. The platform is built for clarity, with large text, simple navigation, and plain-language explanations. Our brokers are trained to work with clients who have never invested before, regardless of age.
Your Personal Broker
Your broker will call within 24 hours of registration. In most cases, the call comes the same day or the following morning. Your broker will introduce themselves, ask about your situation and goals, and walk you through the platform at a pace that suits you. There is absolutely no pressure to make any decisions on the first call.
Yes. Every MapleWealth broker is a licensed Canadian investment advisor, assigned based on your province. You will have a direct phone number and email address for your broker. You can call them with questions at any time. We do not use automated systems or overseas call centres for client communication.
No. Our brokers are instructed never to pressure clients. The first call is entirely introductory. Many clients take several conversations before they decide to deposit, and that is completely fine.
MapleWealth has English and French-speaking brokers. Quebec and Atlantic Canada clients are offered the option of a bilingual broker. If you have a language preference, please mention it when your broker calls and we will arrange the right match.
Your Money
The minimum starting deposit is $350 CAD for the Starter account. This is a one-time initial deposit to open your investment account, not a recurring fee. Your broker will explain exactly where this money goes and how it is invested before you commit anything.
Yes. Your money is yours. You can request a withdrawal at any time. Your broker will explain the standard processing timeline (typically 3–5 business days) and whether any tax implications apply to your specific situation.
Your broker will walk you through this in detail on your first or second call. MapleWealth uses AI-assisted portfolio management to allocate your investment across diversified assets appropriate to your risk tolerance and retirement timeline. You will see exactly where every dollar is allocated in your dashboard at all times, with plain-language explanations.
Canadian Tax Accounts
Yes, this is one of MapleWealth’s core services. Your broker will review your current contribution room, explain the tax advantages of each account type, and help you develop a strategy that maximizes your tax sheltering. Canadians routinely leave thousands of dollars on the table every year without realizing it.
Absolutely. Many of our most engaged clients are fully retired and already receiving CPP and OAS. Your broker will look at how investment income interacts with your government benefits to make sure your strategy is optimized for your complete financial picture.
Yes. Having a defined benefit pension does not prevent you from investing through MapleWealth. Your broker will factor your pension income into the overall picture and help you understand how additional investment income affects your tax situation and net retirement income.

Never. MapleWealth does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to manage your account and comply with Canadian financial regulations. This is a firm policy.
When your broker calls, they will identify themselves by full name and their MapleWealth registration number. You can verify their credentials independently through the IIROC national registration search at iiroc.ca. A legitimate advisor will always welcome verification.
Fees & Costs
Your broker will present you with a complete, plain-language fee schedule during your first call. There are no hidden fees. All charges are disclosed upfront before you deposit a single dollar. We believe informed clients make better decisions, and that starts with complete fee transparency.
No. Speaking with your assigned broker is included at all tier levels. There is no per-call charge, no consultation fee, and no extra cost for asking questions. Your broker relationship is meant to be ongoing, not transactional.
Your broker will explain any account closure terms during onboarding. MapleWealth does not apply arbitrary closure penalties. If you ever decide to close your account, your broker will walk you through the process clearly and make sure you understand any tax implications before you proceed.
